Hi All,
I have a NetBotz 750 that I have installed. I managed to perform initial configurations via the serial cable and logged in via the Web Page.
I connected 2 Camera Pods 165 but only 1 Camera Pod was being picked up.
I rebooted the NetBotz while running a continuous ping, it came on but the Ping stopped and all the Private Lan LEDs are Solid On (Amber and Green) also the Network Port Amber LED is solid on.
I have tried resetting the NetBotz by pressing and holding and also pressing and releasing the Reset Button but no activity of a button response is showing.
I have also unplugged the power cord for a a couple of minutes and when plugged back in, the Private Lan LEDs and instantly solid, both Camera Pods are disconnected at this point.
I have tried the reset procedure stated in this KBase (https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA370681) however I cannot access the NetBotz via Telnet, SSH or WebUI. I also cannot get a positive ping response.
NetBotz 750 Firmware was on 5.3.4. I did not run any firmware updates.
Please assist URGENTLY!

Hello @Tafadzwa,
With the description provided and the urgency needed, I would recommend that you reach out to technical support for assistance.
For some additional steps I recommend attempting to connect to the appliance via a serial session as @Fgrieco has recommended. If you are able to establish a session, then proceed with the factory reset that is done via that serial session. Instructions can be found in the FAQ that you provided.
After a reset, configure the appliance to be on the network and ensure that it is then accessible via a web browser. Ensure to properly install a terminator: https://www.apc.com/uk/en/faqs/FAQ000224706/
Then, connect one item at a time and ensure that it properly displays in the web interface.
NOTE: If you connected the camera pods directly to the NB750 private network, you may need to reset the cameras to factory defaults as well so that they can auto discover into the NetBotz appliance again. You can press the reset button for at least 20 seconds (on the Camera Pod 165) to reset to factory defaults.
If an item you connect does not display properly within the web interface soon after connecting, I recommend reaching out to technical support as there may be an issue with the component that needs to be further addressed.
Kind Regards,
Cory

Hi @Fgrieco ,
I can no longer connect via the serial console.
I tried different Hyper terminal tools and non of them could go through into the NetBotz.

Tafadzwa.

Thank you for all the suggestions.
I had already tried everything you have mentioned but ultimately I could not establish a connection with the NetBotz via Serial or Ethernet.
I have reached out to technical support for further assistance.
Regards,
Tafadzwa.
