FYI..The following is the latest DDF version available in DCE 7.4.1 for MGE UPS.

Can I update only DDF file, or must update sever?  The current version of the  server is 7.2.0

You can update the specific DDF file by getting the latest DDF file from the DDF team from EcoStruxure IT Help Center page. 

However, I would suggest you to update the DCE version to the latest version 7.4.1 as there are many fixes done in the latest version. By upgrading to the latest DCE version, the DDF files also would be updated. For this reason, Its highly recommended to upgrade to the latest version. To receive the latest upgrade links, DCE needs to be under Software support contract. If its is, please contact your local country technical support.

DDF files can be received by filling the form here. There is no need to send an email, and all DDF requests are fulfilled from EcoStruxure IT Help Center-device support.

Yes, please do the SNMP walk and attach it. It would be great. If you are referring to MGE UPS, then it may not be required, but its better to attach the SNMP walk.
