Hi Michael,
Single phase Easy-UPS use the generic SNMP UPS mib and would easily be monitor-able by either DCE or NetBotz with a 5 node monitoring pack. I would suggest using DCE as you can provide more resources and that is it's main purpose.
The 3 phase units have their own MIB. DCE by default does not have a DDF added to the system for this UPS. You would want to use the DDF menu at the top of the page to request a DDF for it. As for the NetBotz appliances, I do not believe DDFs are being actively created for the NetBotz so if that is indeed the case, you wouldn't be able to monitor it using the 570.
