I'm sorry to say IT Optimize does not have an integration with Hyper-V so it is unable to discover Hyper-V guests. Guest discovery is limited to VMware hosts.

In this case you're referring to the actual hyper-v server? Yes, that should be discoverable using the WMI protocol and credentials.
