Hi Pablo,
The following k-base lists the currently supported Pelco cameras:http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&id=FA158450
IME-129 is not listed.
We've seen issues where cameras not in the list may work but there are also instances where the changes in firmware between models even in the same family such as the IME-119 to the IME-129 could cause communications issues.
The k-base I've listed is the most up to date list at this time.
Thanks,
Steve

Steven
On Schneider web page, your company says that Pelco Sarix family is compatible with netbotz 570....So... how can we move forward?
How can you help me to fix the issue?
Thanks in advance
Pablo

Hi Pablo,
only those cameras in the list that I provided are supported. If you wish to try an unsupported camera, feel free to do so but we can make no assurances it will work.
The link I have provided notes that we can not support the Sarix family so if you wish to request an enhancement, you can do so in the resources menu at the top of the page but it may take some time to be implemented if at all.
I can say that the next revision of NetBotz firmware due out soon should support the IJP121-1IS camera.
Thank you,
Steve.

Hi Steve,
I have raised this with advanced tech support the thing is Pelco keep releasing new models such as the 229 is a replacement for the 119 and this model has already been discontinued it is getting hard now trying to cameras still being produced that integrate with Botz.

Hi Mike,
I totally understand and I've mentioned this to product management not only in the past (every time it is brought up) but earlier today as well. As I mentioned above, the IJP121-1IS camera was listed as supported but had issues. I know that the next release will again support this camera.
Initially we wanted to support specific camera families "by design" however as we later found out, they were not all designed the exact same way. With different families and firmwares working differently on the Pelco side, we ended up creating specific code based on the specific models. This is why the k-base mentions specific models with specific firmware revisions.
