Hi Brendan,
I think they are at least two ways to define the date format:
a) on the work station itself, "Region and Language"/Formats settings (on Windows clients)
b) Client Language Settings in DCE (File > Client Preferences... > Client Language Settings):

"b" worked for the client but the emails are still in the format MM/DD/YY.
I'm using short email macros and have ${ALERTTIME} to give me time and date.
Is there a different macro to give DD/MM/YY?
