Battery Age says zero (0) but they are actually 11-months old

Dear John Beck,
What is the UPS model?
What is NMC firmware?
What is the software version of the gateway?
Show a couple of screenshots from the NMC and from the gateway software with the your problem so that you can be helped more quickly.
With respect.

The "Battery Age" is calculated via the "Last Battery Replacement" date. If that is not set it uses the "UPS Manufacture Date". Is the "UPS Age" sensors showing the expected value?
You might try manually changing the "Last Battery Replacement" date.

I did manually change the "Last Battery Replacement" date as follows:
And then I did a re-discover of the UPS and EcoStruxure IT still displayed a Battery Age of: "0 ms".

Dear John Beck,
I highly recommend uploading screenshots in a standard image format, for example, jpg, png, tif, etc. or zip archive file format, and not in MS Word text document format 😀.
With respect.
