Вопрос: Добрый день. Очередной раз обращаюсь за помощью по чиллеру BREF2812A. Мы с заказчиком перепробовали кучу файлов но так и не нашли нормального файла.

 Было решено привязать чиллер по Modbus но в том что фале, который был на сайте нет всех данных что есть в SNMP-файле. То есть и файл SNMP и Modbus в каждом из них есть то, что нам надо но соединить эти данные ни как. Поэтому прошу предоставить рабочий файл для DCE по протоколу Modbus. Данные, которые мы хотим видеть в приложенном формате PDF. Ах да напомню что данный чиллер не является сторонним продуктом, а принадлежит компании Schneider Electric. Прошу оказывать содействие в наладке данного файла. Готов ответить на все вопросы, если что нужно выслать дополнительно, говорите вышлем.

Please tell us the versions of all SNMP and Modbus DDF-files with which you worked, and which do not suit for you chiller BREF2812A.

Further, tell us, please, did you try these two DDF-files, which can be downloaded on request from Device Support:

Addition to my answer: at the specified link Device Support you can send two absolutely identical SNMP DDF-file:

uniflair_bref_SNMP_chiller - v.2

As you can see from the version of this DDF-file, it is a little outdated. But even it is also recommended to try it.

По протоколу SNMP и Modbus очень мало значений. Нет нужных значений. В файле PDF ( https://cloud.mail.ru/public/oWJP/ebzTSwn96) есть все нам нужные значения.

Как можно с PDF  транслировать все данные в Modbus?

1. You have not answered my first question about the versions of your DDF-files. Do you know how to look at the versions of DDF-files in the DCE-client? It is important.
2. You have not answered my second question about the request to download the DDF-file v.2 for your chiller. Did you do it? Have you tried this?
3. In topic , I wanted to draw your attention to resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com. Is this clear? Did you register on it? Have you been able to download the DDF-files v.5 I have specified for your chiller?

http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com - Да я зарегистрировался на данном ресурсе, скачал все что возможно. Попробовал все файлы подходящие к BREF, безрезультатно. 

На фото, датчики с SNMP v2- Это самый удачный вариант файла. В версии v3 и v5, 50% датчиков могут показывать отрицательные значения. Или вообще писать не подключен.

Я и раньше сталкивался с охлаждением. У меня есть опыт работы Uniflair. Вы смотрите не в ту сторону, я говорю что необходимо сделать нормальный Modbus файл. Так как SNMP перекликается с другими устройствами охлаждения.

In order to avoid such problems with SNMP with many devices, it is necessary to fulfill the requirement from file Chillers_DDF.zip\Chillers_DDF\SNMP_WITH_OTHER_CHILLERS_TYPES_OR_CRAC_SERIES\BRE\BRE_pCOWeb_guide.txt where it says:

SNMP PROTOCOL - Multi Family approach

1. Access via FTP (Username = root Password = froot) to the pCOWeb
2. Copy the file snmpoid in this link /usr/local/root/flash/etc/sysconfig
3. Reboot pCOWeb
********************************************************************OR do use the simple procedure as reported in the"Important suggestions area" ===> SNMP OID CHANGE

This is important and if you do this, it will be much easier to correctly discovering of SNMP chillers from a DCE-server.

Based on your last question about the problem, I strongly recommend that you create a Device Support Request on page Device Support for your chiller type and specifically for Modbus. Therefore, give there a maximum of information that you consider important with detailed explanations.
