Apc ecostruxure experience

One of our partners approached us about using apcs monitoring program. I don’t know a whole lot about it so far but it looks interesting. Mostly it looks like a nice margin bump for our larger customers. Anybody have any experience using this?

Sorry but you'll need to be a little more specific. EcoStruXure is actually a suite of programs. This specific portion of the forum usually helps with Data Center Expert, IT Expert, and IT Advisor.
IT Expert and Data Center Expert are the monitoring systems. These monitor SNMP devices, Modbus devices, and NetBotz devices.

Which ever "solution" you look at as mentioned by @APC_Steve you will find APC/SE over promising and under delivering at price points that are absolutely ludicrous.  The "value add" for your clients is minimal; the profit you might receive is oftentimes completely eliminated by the amount of time you will spend trying to make things work (or waiting for APC/SE to fix problems you report). YMMV.
