All sensors unplugged after DCE upgrade (7.4.3 to 7.8.0)

Hi,

I recently upgraded a customer's DCE from 7.4.3 to 7.8.0 (in the same manner as many others previously) however following the upgrade ALL sensors, regardless of device type, are reporting as unplugged with their devices reporting as online (so therefore no alarms were generated).

Has anyone seen this previously and is there a known fix without starting from scratch?
