After a restore of our DC Expert system all device associations of this system are lost in our DC Operation.
The interface to DC Expert is up and running, all sensors are visible in DCO.
Any idea what's going wrong and how we could resolve this issue without manualy re-assign all sensors?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Hermann,
Apparently this issue has been reported from another channel as well (short while ago). It seems restoring the DCE backup has been on a new hardware. If that is the case, then I would like to let you know that our developers are working on a solution for this problem and will be provided as soon as possible.
A little explanation for this issue: The problem is that when restoring DCE on new hardware the MAC-address is changed, and that is part of the DCE-ids. Operations does not know about this change, so all the relationships are broken.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
We have just experienced the same issue as above and would appreciate if you could share the resolution for the issue.
I suppose even restoring DCO to an earlier backup would not help if this is tied to the old server Mac address?

Hi Kevin,
If the identity of the DCE server is changed, then restoring a backup file would not help. I will contact you shortly, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Jeff,
We have experienced the same issue where our user's DCE hardware server is replaced. Can you share the solution with me?
Thanks,
TJ.
