Alert won't clear
I have a UPS that is alerting "The battery is near the end of life. It should be replaced." I have installed a new RBC on this particular UPS, ran the Self-Test and Calibration. All the alerts are reset on the UPS and NMC but for some reason EcoStructure is still reporting the same alert. Usually if I connect to the NMC and all the messages are clear then EcoStucture reports the same.
when I have encountered this before a "Braindead reset" and rebooted the NMC have resolved the hangup. I have tried everything I can think of short of removing the device and re-importing since I do not want to lose the stored sensor history. Any suggestions?
