Alert when status is cleared

Good Morning,

I've connected third parties UPS to our IT Expert infrastructure console and I've correctly set up the alerts when the device lost input voltage.

From the web console I can also see when the problem status is cleared ( picture below ), but I would like to have also an email alert when this happen. Is possible to configure it?

Please check your profile in IT Expert to see if you have checked the option to send clearing alarms.
