Is it possible to create rules for events in DCE?
For example we have numerous events of "entering fluid high temperature", this is because the IRC is in standby and not actively running. Are we able to create an alarm that looks at 2 or more triggers like;
"Unit status = on" and "Entering Fluid above set point" = action
OR
"Unit Status = Standby" and "Entering Fluid above set point" = no action

Hi Andrew,
DCE does not have the ability to do any AND/OR type logic. We can alarm for an event or a device but not an alert only if there is another alert. If you’re looking to put in an enhancement request, you can do that by using the resources menu above this page.
Thanks,
Steve
