Have updated version of Advanced View, and attempting to use the 'Check APC website' button to check online for firmware (for a NBRK0450), but get an error (attached screenshot).
"Unable to get the list of available firmware updates for NetbotzV3 Series appliances."
The network guys assure me the server where advanced view is installed has full access to the internet, and don't see anything blocked on the firewall.
Does this service still work from Advanced View?

“I would like to share with you the information that I was able to gather from our NetBotz team. They have confirmed that the URL/links that the Advanced View software is trying to connect are no longer working. If there is a need to upgrade the firmware version of the NetBotz appliance or upgrade the Advanced View application, it is available through the SE website.”
