Hi Fabio,
This is not a known issue so we'll need more info and troubleshooting.
Have you tried Advanced View 4.5.1 as well or at least re-downloading the version you have?
To what operating system are you installing?
Have you tried any settings for compatibility mode?
Have you selected the option to run as administrator?
Have you tried installing on another computer?
Have you tried shutting down other applications including anti-virus applications?
Have you tried installing in safe mode?

Hello Fabio!
Did you tryed to install with admin rights? Or in compatibilty mode? You could ask the system admin, if there's a GPO that deny new installs.
And for last, you could also use the 4.5.1 installer.
Here's the link:
http://updates.apc.com/botz/av/install.htm
In that link, they say that isnt needed to install Java on the client machine, but i would also try.
With my regards.

Hi Fabio, When booting up Windows, you usually just hit the f8 key before windows actually boots. There are plenty of pages out there that show this too, here's one: http://www.wikihow.com/Start-Windows-in-Safe-Mode Also, since you can install on another computer, we know there's no issue with the download. Do you know if there is anything different about the configuration of the system where the install DID work? If you're installing it to the default directory, can you try changing it to something like C:\apc. If not, can you try? Can you also get the install log? WHen installed to he default directory, it would be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Advanced View 4.5.1\Advanced_View_4.5.1_InstallLog.log Steve

Fabio,
Did you tried to update Java before? Or uninstall all java versions and run the installer with java built-in?
With my regards.
