If everything is perfect, the output voltage of the UPS was (which is fed to rATS Source A) also normal and there was no switching between rATS sources, then the problem is in IT equipment. Carefully inspect those 2-3 network devices, that are experiencing problems (lose power and rebooted).
From my experience I can say, that if the IT equipment is old and worked a lot, then the parameters of their power supplies can gradually worsen. For example, due to the degradation of electrolytic capacitors at the DC output of the power supply, the sensitivity of the IT equipment to the input voltage parameters increases. I.e., for such IT equipment, the input voltage range and the sensitivity range to the voltage drop are narrow than normal.
In addition, I recommend for your all rATS to double check the Sensitivity settings and Voltage Transfer Range according to the instruction:
And additionally, but for you it may be important to check the Frequency Deviation settings as shown on my screenshot (for the latest firmware v.3.9.2😞
For example, for older problematic network devices, you may need to make a high Sensitivity, then make a narrow Voltage Transfer Range and reduce the Frequency Deviation.
By the way, does your generator have its own built-in ATS or is the generator switching performed manually? This clarification could be important. And it's even better to update all of your rATS to the latest firmware version.

Sources A is on constant voltage under UPS main. Source B is on constant voltage under main. Generator did not kick on as there were no power outage.
Both Rack ATS source were available at the same time. We did not experience any power spikes or lightning strikes during the reboot. ?We did notice on one of our other UPS that it triggered a phase sync fault earlier in the day.
To clarify we have 2-3 network devices on the Rack ATS that had devices just lose power and rebooted. I have attached a screen shot. Don't mind the date of May 2002.
We have 67 total rack ATS in production most of them on 3.7.1 (updates specify for a source to be disconnected from outlet) and some on 3.9.2.

By the way, the initial diagnostics of your IT equipment can be done by manually switching rATS sources (from the rATS front panel or from the web-GUI). If the IT equipment is in good condition, then switching between rATS sources for it will be invisible (the switching time between rATS sources is no more than half a period, i.e. for you it is not more than (1/60Hz)/2 seconds).
Let me know what kind of wiring diagram is used together with rATS on your site? I suspect, that you are using single-phase mains 120V/60Hz with single-phase UPS and single-phase generator? I tried to quickly draw two possible versions of the wiring diagram, as I understood it from your words:
Simply, I always try not to use all kinds of rATS together with direct connection to the generators (only via UPS). Since generators can always have a significant frequency deviation, which is often very critical for equipment.
