I've seen nothing but extremely vague marketing statements about that service.
I can't feel comfortable sending my data to a 3rd party without receiving an EULA, reading it, agreeing to it, signing it -
I've asked every person in my account chain for single phase and 3 phase - and no one has responded.
i'm absoultely certain that no one is just sending their data off with no understanding of what they are giving away, how the data and its identification will be used - so if anyone here has the EULA and can forward it, I'd appreciate it.

Dear Eric Clark,
My company uses Schneider Electric's digital service EcoStruxure IT (early RemoteOn, then StruxureOn) for the third year already 😀. 2016, we tested this digital service so it was officially available to everyone who wants to test. Since 2017 and up to now we are using this digital service in a productive environment (using SxW DCE 7.x software) to monitor two geographically separated DCs. In addition, all this time we are testing this digital service using the new generation of free software EcoStruxure IT Gateway (probably, this will be the new software SxW DCE 8.x).
Of course, before we started using this digital service, we got acquainted with all the necessary agreements. For example, the agreements you need can be easily found in the mobile application EcoStruxure IT in the Settings section:
Then touch Policies button and find out three documents EULA, SLA and Privacy policy:
Absolutely the same information can be found on the official website of the digital service https://ecostruxureit.com/:
And:
I hope I answered your question and it will help you.
If you have any further questions, please ask.
With respect.

Thankyou to the user who relied, unfortunately, if you read through those documents you will see that they do not apply to what I want to know.
They tell you how YOUR individual username privacy will be handled. your name, your personal information.
They don't tell you what they will do with the data that your organization's equipment sends to them. It is mentioned once - in section 7.1 of the SLA document - in passing, saying that its being used for continuous improvement.
Further, it seems as if the other documents SPECIFY that they relate only to "Natural Persons" and therefore not a corporation or other organization - that might mean that there is no need or effort to protect all of the data that describes your facilities in excruciating detail ....

Hi Eric Clark,
Thank you for raising a valid concern.
I've seen that you got pointed to the right documents by spezialist.
We are currently reviewing our EULA and SLA to make them easier to read and understand. I'll make sure that we take your comments and concerns into consideration. There is a short description about how we handle your data here: https://ecostruxureit.com/security/ see side box "How we handle your data".
We do the utmost to secure the data that is being trusted to us from you and other customers. All data is sent over HTTPS and is encrypted at rest.
Data is always processed and anonymised before it is shared internally at Schneider Electric. We might want to share the performance of e.g the Symmetra PX that are connected to EcostruxureIT with our UPS Hardware R&D so they can learn and improve by looking at the data. In cases like that we share anonymised data across all instances of data received from Symmetra PX with the Hardware R&D team.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Best regards
Anders

This information you pointed me to is useful. It does tell me what I assumed, but was unable to find in the license agreement where it must be enumerated, in my opinion.
- I completely understand the legal documents that you do have - and the restrictions carefully written into them. They are insufficient as they do not address the organization's data, how it is used, retained, etc.
