APDU10451ME add to ecostruxture IT failing

looking to get info on how to connect APDU10451ME  to ecostruxture IT Expert.   Not sure how to configure the config.ini file to upload to the pdu so that we can get an IP address on the pdu 

any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello @rstickland,

Assigning an IP address to a NetShelter Rack PDU Advanced (APDUXXXXXX) is different than traditional APC NMCs.  Instructions on doing so can be found in the Installation and Quick start guide found on the product page: https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/APDU10451ME/apc-netshelter-rack-pdu-advanced-metered-3phase-14-4kw...
