Hi Edwin,
Can you please provide more detail?
What is your physical configuration? NetBotz? Air unit? 3rd party device?
What firmware are you using if it is an APC device?
Are you using StruxureWare DCE and if so, what version?
Have you configured alerts in DCE or on the device itself?
Are you receiving other traps from this leak detection configuration?
Any other detail would be helpful.
Thanks
Steve

Hi Edwin, What firmware are you running on the 570? Can you try using a simple trap receiver that just shows the network data that is coming in with a trap? If not, can you run a packet capture to verify there is or is not data coming from the appliance when the alert happens? I also don't have netcool to test with so anything I may be able to find will not show up exactly the same as what you may be seeing. I don't have a leak rope that I can test with at the moment but this k-base document shows what type of data you should see if for example it were a spot leak sensor: http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/index?page=content&id=FA236815 Until I do (or someone else does) have a chance to test this scenario specifically, have you checked to see if you are getting a trap that doesn't specify the rope leak? For instance, some sensors may not specifically have data specifically listed under enterprises.netBotzAPC.netBotz.netBotzTraps.netBotzSensorTraps and may come across as a generic or "other" trap. I'm assuming you're getting an alert within the NetBotz appliance for this event and that you have the appropriate alert action associated with the sensor and all scheduling is set up correctly.
