Dear guys,
Our customer has a lot of AP9335TH sensor connected to a Netbotz 570 and sometimes some sensors send a high temperature value, more than 200M degrees. Is this a hardware or software problem? How can we solve it?
Best regards,
Enric

Dear Enric,
I would suggest you to verify the Botzware version of Netbotz 570. You can upgrade it through Advance View Software under Configuration–>Upgrade option.
The latest Netbotz 570 firmware version is v4.5.1.
Secondly, how many AP9335TH sensors are connected to Netbotz 570? Do you have any Sensors pods connected to the appliance? If so, how many are connected? Is this applying to any specific sensor pod's sensors or all the sensor pods's sensors? If possible, can you please share some screen shots where it shows the wrong values?

Dear Bala,
I've already have the v4.5.1 firmware version.
The customer has 14 AP9335TH sensors connected to the Netbotz 570 through Netbotz 150 pods.
Below you can find a screenshot with a wrong value.
Regards,
Enric

Dear Enric, I see that the screen shot is from DCE version 7.2.6. When the DCE alert shows the reading wrongly in email alert, does the Netbotz appliance's advance view show the correct reading? & What is the reading on DCE under View Device Sensor values for the Netbotz appliance/Sensor Pod? I am trying to understand if this value comes wrongly on DCE email alert or Is the same value shown both on the netbotz appliance and on DCE? or Is it only shown DCE? Secondly, Please make sure that Sensor Pods are connected properly through A-Link Ports by using CAT-5 cable. Please make sure that Cross over cable is not used for connecting Sensor Pod in daisy chain to the appliance A-Link Bus.

Hi Bala, I've compared the DCE emails with the Netbotz history and the high values are only showed in the DCE email, not in the Netbotz history values. The sensor pods are connected properly. Best regards, Enric
