Hi Chu!
I'm not familiar with plink utility, so cant say why it's dont work.
As an option, you can use an utility called Telnet Scripting Tool aka TST10, and work via telnet.
You can download Utility from this site.
And use with script like this:
192.168.14.72 wait "User Name :" send "apc\m" wait "Password :" send "apc\m" wait "apc>" send "olReboot 24\m" wait "Success"(CID:110004003)

I've try to experiment with plink and find out that when plink executing script, NMC sense it like file transfer attempt. Here is an event log: 11/01/2016 20:13:07 System: SSH/SCP: File transfer failed. 11/01/2016 20:13:07 System: SSH/SCP: File transfer started. 11/01/2016 20:12:52 System: SSH/SCP: File transfer failed. 11/01/2016 20:12:52 System: SSH/SCP: File transfer started. But file transfers are allowed via FTP or SCP, so transfer is failed. I've try different options but with no luck. So I think you need some other tool for script execution.

Hi! I can recommend to use telnet tool mentioned in my first answer. I've check it and it works. Unfortunately, I cant recomment ssh solution at the moment. I'll try to check this out when I'll have more free time.
