Web service questions for DCE 7.2.6

Hi Team ,

I have two questions about web service API for DCE 7.2.6 , our customer tried to load data log from DCE ,

he load 100 data from 10/1  to 10/10 (plz see the figure) ,but DCE response 1000 data since 8/19 ,this is

the question 1 .

Question 2: Our DCE alarm level have ERROR.FAILURE.CRITICAL.WARNING.INFORMATIONAL  ,but customer only could got error level alarm , plz see the figure ,

does anyone know what's the problem?

Kindly advise and it would be appreciate .

Hi I would use SoaUI to replicate the requests to try to isolate where the issue is. Others may be able to spot the issue but until that happens make sure the query works in SoapUI https://www.soapui.org/
