AP8858EU3 Reboot after login

Hi all

i have an issue with Rpdu debug_5A1734E07443.tar

i'm not able to login to configuration

via serial port nor http, after i insert user and password, Rpdu reboot itself

i have also upgrade by usb to last fw 6.5.6

is it broken?

is there any way to reset all inside nmc?

Hi Gianluca,

These APC PDUs function the same way as an NMC2. Holding the reset button for 20 seconds when the NMC's status LED is pulsing green. As soon as this LED changes to amber or orange, release the reset button.

This is ideal if you can no longer do a terminal emulation session (via serial) and issue a format command or before doing a recovery via bootmonitor as advised by Cees.
