Hi All,
I am a freshman in this forum and would like to ask my temperature sensors 9335T problem. Some of 9335T sensors are having intermittent disconnected just for few seconds and back to connected itself. Then repeated again. I've seen so many event logs (only for this). Have you ever had this problem before or what would be the root cause of this? I've provided the devices and sensors list as below and I am using Datacentre structured cabling for connection between Netbotz and sensors.
- 1x Netbotz 200,
- 3x Netbotz 150,
- 7x AP 9520T
- 4x AP 9335TH
- 19x AP 9335T
Thanks in advance...
Regards,

Hi Mike!
It seems like your appliance have no enough power to supply sensors.
1) Check and ensure that yours cables are not damaged.
2) If you are using DC cabling, ensure that cable length from appliance (pod) to the sensor is not exceed 100 ft (30m)
3) Add an additional power supply to your setup. You can connect AP9505i power supply to any of 150's sensor pod you want.

Hi Valentin, First of all, sorry for my late update. I was assigned to other project and just came back a few week ago. I know it been too long already. As you suggest I did connect additional powers to 2 of 3 Pod 150 (Previously no power). But the alerts (disconnect/connect) keep coming from all the AP9335T sensors constantly. For the cable length (Pod to Sensors), since it been used over DC structured cabling the end to end length can be more than 30m (i guess). Any thought? Regards,

Hi Valentin! Thanks for your valuable advices. I assure the cables are good and not physically damage. For the cable length, i think I am within a range 30m as Pod to MDF then MDF to sensors. But my counterpart regions proved that it can go beyond 30m so I am not sure it that really matter. Third one is most possible for me. Now only Netbots 200 connected power source and the other 3x Pod 150 don't. I will connect AP 9505i to one of Pod 150 and observe. Thanks again Valentin! I will keep posted outcomes. Cheers,
