Tell me how to add a device based on the Segnetics SMH 2Gi 0020-01-2 microcontroller to the DataCenterExpert console.
Free licenses for devices in DCE are available, DCE support is operational.
The device is available over Ethernet
and supports the Modbus-TCP protocol

Dear cherkasov@uemz.ru,
It's not difficult, I checked, the device Segnetics SMH 2G (Cooling Device) is already supported by DCE software. How to do this, for example, you can read from my reply to post :
3-rd party devices (both Modbus and SNMP) are added to the DCE exactly like the native Schneider Electric (or APC) devices. If you have already added Schneider Electric (or APC) devices at least once, then you must understand this - it is not difficult.
The only important difference is before adding a 3-rd party device, it is necessary to know if it is supported by DCE. I.e., is there a ready DDF-file for the 3-rd party device? A DDF-file is a special file, according to which DCE knows how to deal with your 3-rd party device.
It's very simple to do this on a dedicated Device Support web page, if you know the vendor and the model of the 3-rd party device. Then, using the search field, you can easily determine whether your 3-rd party device is supported by DCE or not.
I hope this is what you need.
If there are more questions, please ask.
With respect.

HI!
Segnetics is a kind of PLC that cen be programmed in different configurations, so existing file can be incompatible.

Dear Valentin Kozlov,
Yes, of course I know it, but for cherkasov@uemz.ru this can be a good starting point for the successful resolution of his question.

Hi Vladimir!
You need to query DDF file for your device via Device Support link. You should provide some info about your device and our team will create DDF for you.
Then you should upload your file to DCE and after that can discover your device.
