Hi,
We currently have 2 x ACRD602 units which need to be integrated into a DCE environment but the system doesn't recognizes them even though it's Schneider Electric equipment.
Our contact person at Schneider Electric has told us that this is due to the fact that it's a new type of cool unit (former ACRD50x range)
Could use some help in getting the correct ddf file if possible.
Thanks,
Bart

Hello from a fellow DCE user,
DDF requests can be posted to "DEVICE SUPPORT" team:

Hi Mike, Thanks for replying. I had already found the 'device support' section but it makes no sense that an "Schneider Electric" device needs a DDF request 🙂 Thought those were for non Schneider equipment. Will try it in that way Bart
