Our new InRow product - ACRC301S in DCE only had on/offline status. no other sensor value . Is it

related to DDF ? If so ,pls provide us the new DDF for ACRC301S . Thank you so much.

I have attached the DDF below for the ACRC301S

In the future if you are looking for DDF's, (either for APC products or 3rd party products) you can email multivendorsupport@apcc.com and they will send you the DDF. Please make sure to send the SNMP walk file and the information about the device when requesting the DDF.
