Good question - the Generic PDU is a floor standing Power Distribution Unit which is a 3 phase device. This implies that the voltage you set on this unit is a three phase voltage - in your case you should set the voltage to 380V 50 Hz. This will allow you to be able to connect e.g. a single phase rack mount PDU with a voltage of 220v to the Generic PDU.
