I have created an Other State Threshold Alarm for a netbotz 250 dry contact.
Everything looks correct, but the alarm never triggers.
There is a notification policy attached.
I do get aa alarm trigger from the netbotz 'input state sensor abnormal state' with the contact change, so the change is getting to DCE.
DCE 7.5, netbotz 250 v6.5.0
Anyone have this working?

Dear Mark,
Show, please, a screenshot from the DCE-client where the configuration window of this Threshold Alarm could be clearly seen. This will help solve your problem faster.
With respect.

This is the Threshold alarm setting.
It never triggers, but if I Enable Alarm Generation for the dry contact state, I do see the alarm trigger on a contact open.

Dear Mark,
Ok, can you show the graphical Sensor History Report, which shows the triggers of two NetBotz-250 sensors: "Dry Contact - Generator Gnd Floor" (Open or Closed state) and "Alarm Status - Generator Gnd Floor" (Normal or Critical state).
With respect.

I will need to do some more testing as the device was deleted and re-added several times. I'll post the results once It is done.

Hello,
By any chance have to added the threshold to the notification policy? This is a manual process that gets overlooked all the time.
Thank You
Victor
