Need DDF file for Uniflair (LDCV1400A)

I can't find the DDF file LDCV1400A in https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/

Could you please provide the DDF file for the Model LDCV1400A that is used for DCE ver 8.2.0

Hi @Witsarut,

It's hard to tell from the list whether that specific model is supported. DDFs usually cover a device family. Sometimes models can have different network cards so require more than one DDF.

Your best option is to use this form to submit an Asset Definition Request with an attached SNMP walk of the device to determine whether that exact model is supported.

If you haven't already, you could try to discover the device in DCE to see whether it is supported.

By the way, your DCE version is quite old. The current version is 9.0.
