Remaining Capacity Power values not showing on ITA

Hello, I’m a beginner with ITA.
When setting up ITA, I completed the Planning Device Association configuration to associate the AP8841 between ITA and DCE.
However, all the values displayed on the screen are 0 (Image 1), even though I checked the AP8841 properties and confirmed that it is receiving data(Image 2).
How can I resolve this issue?

Also, will this problem affect the KPI for POWER(Image 3)?

Hello Bard.Li

Looking at your screenshot I have a couple of follow-up questions. Are your rack pdu's connected to the upstream power path (i.e. the PDU's or RPP's) providing power to the rack pdu's?

I see the power devices at the top of the floor screenshot show measured load (the green bars on the devices) and the same devices appear to have power path color coding (a red and yellow-ish color), but the rack pdus and racks do not show any of the same power path coloring.

Are you able to share a screenshot of the tool-tip when you also mouse over one of the rack pdu's in those racks while viewing the power overlay in the same floor view?

Regards

Greg Sterling

Ok. Thanks. I suspect the PDU's those rack pdu's are connected to do not have an input breaker setting or they are not connected to a UPS. The devices which look like PDU's at the top of your room have color coding which makes me believe they are connected to a UPS (these devices I poasted below).

Perhaps the PDU's feeding the racks are not connected to UPS's? Thats ok, if not, then open the properties pane for the PDU's to which your rack pdu's are connected, choose the power pane (I pasted an example below) and check the "input breaker" check box and assign an input breaker for the PDU, for example 200 amps.

If your PDU is supposed to be connected to a UPS, expand the power pane I selected above, and from the power dependency pane connect the PDU to the UPS. If you do that, you don't need to set the input breaker as the input breaker will be calculated automatically if connected to a UPS.

I suspect after doing one or the other of the above steps you'll see power data and capacity info on your racks.

Regards
