Dear Team,
Kindly I do have a customer to which we shall have to use 2 x SMTP server settings, 1. for email alerts and 2. for sms alerts.
We are using an SMS gateway which acts as an SMTP server on it's own.
I have tried to configure the primary SMTP server settings to the SMS gateway and the backup SMTP server settings to email server but then we only receive SMS but no emails.
Is there a way to have 2 x SMTP servers configured and run concurrently in DCE as per the alert intended.
Thank you.
Felix

Hello @Angwenyi,
Data Center Expert will always use the Primary SMTP server. The Secondary SMTP server, is a backup SMTP server option that is only used when DCE can not establish a connection to the first server.
You may be able to create an account within your primary SMTP server and use rules to forward emails that come in on that specific account, acting more like an email relay.
Kind Regards,
Cory
