IT Advisor - Not importing usage data for APDU10452M* pdu's

We are running IT Advisor, version 9.4.3.-21036, and we just acquired and installed the APDU10452m* pdu.  We are monitoring with DCE, successfully, and have associated them to the appropriate rack designation in IT Advisor, but we are not seeing the measured data.   Is there something new we need to do to get this information from this apc/schneider pdu type ?

please submit a ddf request here https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request/ and request ITA compatibility for this model pdu.  The DDF team should be able to provide either an updated DDF or sensorContext file to enable measured data in ITA.

You will also need to provide a snmp device walk, you can run this from the DCE web page under the status link in the top right
