Where can I download the update file to go from 9.3.11 to 9.4.1?  Does the require any updates to the local client software as well?

Customers with active support contract can get the product updates via EcoStruxure IT Entitlements:
https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/csm

Desktop client version is unchanged for the latest ITA releases.

ITA 9.4.0 and 9.4.1 can use the same desktop client version as ITA 9.3.11 (and 9.3.10/9.3.9).

In another words, desktop client version 9.3.9 can be used for ITA server versions 9.3.9 to 9.4.1.

Thanks Jef.  I found the software update section on the entitlements page however our security stack blocks access to the storage site where the ISO is at.  I will work on a workaround.
