Gateway software update - can't connect to cloud
Hi,
I was trying to update all our Gateways from version 1.18.0.1 to 1.19.0.4. Six gateways out of seven updated without issue. One of them after some time after pressing Upgrade button is displaying now Communication error and it is still on version 1.08.0.1 The gateway is working fine. I can login remotely to the GW, it's pulling date from our environmental assets. However it can't connect to cloud. I tried GW restart but it didn't help. Nothing was change on our firewall or network settings. The GW software is installed on NUC (CentOS). Is there a way of fixing it without new installation of the GW?
I know it has been some time since you posted, but wanted to ensure to get some guidance for yourself if needed, and others if they run into a similar issue.
