DCE and OpsGenie Integration

Hello! I've set up the integration with OpsGenie and successfully tested the configuration. I get an alert inside OpsGenie and it will increase each time I run the test from StruxureWare. My issue is that I'm getting no other alerts from StruxureWare. We have several hundred APC UPSes that are actively alerting/alarming, but none of those are coming into OpsGenie. Does anyone have any suggestions at all as to what I may have not done or may need to do to get the alerts to start coming in? It appears that something in DataCenter expert is not configured correctly to start sending the alerts to OpsGenie. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @RT-UNG,

I don't have any direct experience with third-party integrations as DCE can do one of its alarm actions to send data into a third party system.  Primarily this is done via email or traps / Network Management System Integration.

If you still require assistance, please provide additional details into how you have it configured so far and the community may be able to provide guidance.
