Hi team,
Just wanted to ask if anyone know how to resolve this:
I have nb750 with only 5 Dry Contacts connected working fine however on DCE I am unable to select them to set up Thresholds in DCE, there must be a setting or something I missed, please assist.
Greyed out Dry Contact when trying to create Thresholds:
Device sensors on nb is showing and its running fine.
Lastly, unable to Retrieving device settings from the nb750, although its discovered via snmpv1 SCP port 22
any suggestions on the above would be much appreciated.
