We have upgraded from VirtualViewX 2019 July 2020 to 2020 July 2022 - main issue to resolve the printouts.
We are now having login issues where we can only get one or two users logged in to the system everyone else gets the green spinning wheel.
I have seen the post regarding update KB5014692 but this is not installed.
This was not an issue on the 2019 July 2020 release.
Anyone advise what else to look at to resolve the issue?

I recommend you contact support. They will want to see the VVX authentication logging, and maybe also .sil file logging (they will advise).

We are experiencing the same for one of our customers too. VVX runs pretty good for one or two users but the third, and if we get lucky the fourth, have a lot of trouble getting logged on. They are licensed for 10 users and would like to user them, but the logon process takes FOREVER.
We have raised several support tickets but still no resolution. Currently waiting for support to call me back.
We have another custoemr using a slightly older version and no issues there. over 25 users licensed and often have 10+ logged in a time. Comparing the settings between the two systems I noticed the newer version doesn't have the "Multiple sessions per browser" mode like the older version does. It has a "Shared Windows session" mode that actually crashes or prevents the Thinfinity software from loading properly, so the Thinfinity session mode must be set to One Session per Browser.
Anyway, really seems like we are up against RDP CAL limits in Windows or something only being able to log in 1-2 people successfully.

Our issue was to do with Windows update KB5014692 in the end uninstalling has resolved the issue.

Our machine must have had that update installed although it did not show up in any of the installed update lists. We upgraded VVX to the December release just out last week and it so far seems to be working better. At least I was able to easily log on three users myself. Currently waiting for some field operators to hit up the office to try that out again.
