Update the Windows compatibility matrix - GeoSCADA 2022/Windows Server 2012R2

The compatibility matrix lists GeoSCADA 2022 as supported and working under Windows Server 2012R2.

From the latest months release notes this support has been removed, but this contradicts the matrix which would be used by customers/end users for quick verification.

Well that's good to know I have plans to upgrade a system first ClearSCADA to Geo SCADA 2022 and then the OS. Since I already knew that it was compatible I would not have even checked and just gotten the latest version.

Guess there will be an extra step now.

My apologies, the matrix is now updated and has the note:

NOTE 7 - Geo SCADA 2022 is not supported on Windows Server 2012 R2 from the May 2023 update. This is because updated CefSharp components are no longer compatible with this operating system.
