To downgrade SCADA from 2018 to 2016

I am working on Schneider PLC. I have a project that was made in CITECT 2018. Customer has CITECT 2016 licence. The customer wants to downgrade the project to CITECT 2016 so he can use his licence. Please provide the best possible solution.
