Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with the November 2023 version of Geo SCADA Exert 2024. I defined alarms for some signals I receive via Modbus TCP and worked on forwarding these signals as emails to a specified email address. I can forward incoming alarm signals as emails. However, I'm experiencing a problem here. When a signal is added to the alarm list, it is sent as an email after the delay period. In other words, even if the signal triggers an alarm for just 1 second, it is sent as an email. I want to prevent this. For example, if the same alarm is received continuously for 30 seconds or 1 minute from the relevant signal, it is sent as an email. In other words, I need to be able to set the time condition for when the signal triggers an alarm. This will make the system more monitorable. How can I achieve this?
The redirecting settings I've made for the signal are as follows. Here, I've worked on sending emails to four users. Emails are sent, but as I mentioned, an alarm is sent even if it's a momentary alarm.
Also, my Email Action settings are as follows. How can I fix this? Can you help?

You need to set the Abort State to one of the cleared states (such as Unacknowledged Cleared or Cleared) to cancel the alarm redirection when the alarm clears before the Delay elapses. See Define the Abort State in the help.
