Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble with my Schneider Wiser 4-Button remote when trying to integrate it with Home Assistant using the ZHA (Zigbee Home Automation) integration. Here’s the situation:
The Schneider app recognizes the remote as two separate 2-gang remotes (one for each half of the device). However, Home Assistant pairs it as a single 4-gang remote, leading to identical events for the left and right halves of the remote.
When I press buttons on the remote, Home Assistant logs events that are identical for the left and right sides. Here are the event logs for each button press.

Hello @teffe, you've posted this question in the forum for the "Geo SCADA Expert" product.
There is a forum for Wiser products here: https://community.se.com/t5/Schneider-Electric-Wiser-Forum/bd-p/wiser-forum which would be a more appropriate place to ask this question.
