SSL certificate Clear SCADA 2013

Hello, Our customer uses SCADA Expert Clear SCADA 2013 R1.2 version 6.73.4955.1 (supported version up to 6.75) server for 25000 points and WebX server. The software is running on Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Standart edition, 64-bit (6.2.9200). The security certificate to connecting to server using https is expired on 8/5/2024 and now the customer receive certificate error suggesting that the certificate is not from a trusted authority. Would you please send us instruction how to proceed to resolve the problem?

That's an old software version! It really should be upgraded for security reasons.

If the certificates are not the self-signed ones created on startup, they should be recreated.

If they are the self-signed ones created on startup you could delete (rename) them and restart.

And the OS too if they have that chance, newer versions of Geo SCADA won't support Windows Server 2012 either.
