Recommended Ethernet Cellular Modems for Text redirections

I have not implemented any Ethernet Modems for sending text messages. We have been relying on email to text but for one of our customers all the available options for that are not working anymore or not as desired. So we are looking to put in Ethernet Modems and change to text for the redirections to Cell phones.

I know not just any modem will work with Geo SCADA and that over time what's available changes, so what modems have you all found to work best?

We are in the US and the customer currently uses Verizon for their Cellular phones.
