Hi all, what determines the order in which manual alarm redirection actions are displayed on the context-sensitive list? We can't figure out how to reorder these 😛
Thanks

The current ordering is a side effect of the deduplicating algorithm that ensures each action only appears once in the list. This isn't the best ordering for the user interface. Sorting them alphabetically by description would be better for the user interface.

They are sorted into redirection action database object creation order, oldest first, newest last.

Thanks for the quick response, Andrew, much appreciated.
So we are essentially saying that to, for example, bump a new one up to the top of the list, we would have to delete/recreate all of the other existing manual redirection action objects?
If this is the case, may I suggest that an improvement be put forward to include a method of doing this?
Thanks and regards 🙂
