I am looking forward to connecting with the Product Owner of GeoSCADA. 

I would like to access the documentation available and for potential training for the internal SE teams as testers and developers. 

Can someone help me find a point of contact, please?

Hi Dana, as you're a SE employee if you search on Teams there is a large Team for Geo SCADA discussions within SE, you should find the people there to help you out and possibly some existing conversations. Likely quicker than using these public forums.
