When mouse cursor is giant, tooltips become hard to see.

This is a generalized Windows problem, but I guess I was wondering if it were possible to "shift" the tooltip to the right within ViewX to match the cursor size.

Tooltips are very popular in our systems, but we often get the complaint about how they fade away too fast, or the font is too small. I found a new concern - which is that when the cursor is large, it obfuscates some of the tooltip. The tooltip is controlled by Windows, as far as I am aware. You can increase the scaling overall, but seemingly not the tooltip itself.

The tooltips shown on the map interface are different from the normal system ones. Can it be considered to shift the mimics to use this type of tooltip? Is that possible?

In old ViewX (Pre version 2014) I believe it was possible to modify the tooltip size and delay, but can't see any current setting allowing you to change those settings.
