There really isn't much to back up at on the client, you may want to backup:
* C:\\ProgramData\\Schneider Electric\\ClearSCADA\\Systems.xml
* C:\\ProgramData\\Schneider Electric\\ClearSCADA\\ServerLabels.xml
* Any files referenced by the ViewX /startup setting or any other XMl files in "C:\\ProgramData\\Schneider Electric\\ClearSCADA\\"
* Possible the .dat files in "%UserProfile%\\AppData\\Local\\Schneider Electric\\ClearSCADA" (which are updated by the File - Options dialogue)
Other than that nothing stored at the client side. The caches will all be regenerated as requried.
