I'm hitting a wall here and starting to think what I'm trying to do is not currently possible.
I'm wanting to create a button that opens a webpage windowed on a specific portion of the screen. I thought I'd be able to do this using mimic.openinset but it appears the Open in ViewX is not an option when you use openinset. There's navigate and resize, but that just launches it full screen no matter what you do.
Is there a way to initiate a hyperlink via script/button/method to open a webpage in a new window within ViewX in windowed mode (ex: 50% the size of the parent)? I don't even see a parameter for the pick action to tell it to open in ViewX when you do it via script or method, but it has to be there somewhere.

You were doing better than me when you had a web page display.
I've still not really had much luck with this, so I've got a little bit of vbscript which I call which just launches the users browser.
However, it would not be able to do the resizing/positioning that you're after here.
(there is a way to position and size with Chrome.. but it's painful, since if there is a valid profile then it picks up the last used settings instead... meaning you need to always launch Chrome with a new profile path.. and that seems bad)
There is definitely some inconsistency around the animations for pick actions.
It might be the situation where you need to configure it all manually the first time, and then once you have the Open in ViewX box ticked, you go back and add in the animated parameters, and it just remembers the tick state (or it might not...)
Might need to chuck it to Tech Support to get either their feedback, or to have is escalated to the Dev team (unless @AdamWoodland or @sbeadle have any insider knowledge)
